About Journal

JEP: Jurnal Ekonomi Pembangunan is a peer-reviewed academic journal that provides a forum for high-quality theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented research on economic, social, and environmental transformation. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December. Established in June 2003, JEP is published by the Department of Development Economics, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sriwijaya. The journal seeks to advance scholarly and policy debates on sustainable development, institutional governance, and structural economic change in emerging markets and developing economies, with a primary geographic emphasis on Southeast Asia. JEP aims to serve as a scholarly reference for academics, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners interested in contemporary development challenges and economic transformation.

Revenue Sources

The operations of Jurnal Ekonomi Pembangunan are funded by the State (The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia), i.e., through Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA) of Universitas Sriwijaya, Indonesia.

Advertising

Jurnal Ekonomi Pembangunan does not accept advertising from any parties.

Direct Marketing

In promoting the journal and the results of publications to the public, Jurnal Ekonomi Pembangunan tries not to do things detrimental to other parties (e.g., spreading spam) and to avoid misleading information between prospective authors and publishers.
